Chesterbrook Academy is seeking an experienced, passionate, and drivenPreschool Principal(Center Director) to lead one of our high-performing schools in Newtown, PA. What You’ll Do:
As a school leader with Chesterbrook Academy, you’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily school operations and ensuring full compliance with state licensing regulations
- Leading a team of educators and support staff with clear vision and enthusiasm
- Building meaningful relationships with families and creating a welcoming school culture
- Ensuring curriculum implementation, classroom excellence, and student achievement
- Driving enrollment and retention through effective community engagement and customer service
- Partnering with regional leadership to meet performance goals and support staff development
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field required.
- A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
- A strong understanding of Pennsylvania DHS licensing and Keystone Stars standards.
- Passion for mentoring teachers and shaping high-quality educational environments
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to travel within the local market and step into leadership openings as needed
