Provide Customer Support in Icelandic – Part-Time Remote Role

We’re looking for Icelandic speakers to provide customer service support via chat, voice, or email. You’ll help answer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience, all while working part-time from home.
What you’ll do
▷ Learn the business processes and respond to customer inquiries in Icelandic via chat, voice, or email/ticket
▷ Ensure timely responses to improve service efficiency and reduce customer waiting times
▷ Record and relay consumer feedback on product or logistics issues from the customer’s perspective
▷ Maintain enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism to reduce complaints and improve satisfaction
▷ Identify and escalate high-risk scenarios or sensitive cases promptly and accurately
What you’ll get
▷ Pay: Pay: USD $20 –22/hour
▷ Part-time — 20 hours/week

What you’ll need
▷ Location: Iceland
▷ Language: Native Icelandic speaker
▷ Education: High school diploma or above
▷ Preferably experienced in customer service
▷ Strong service attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills
Project details
▷ Weekly hours: 20 hours/week
▷ Start date: As soon as possible
