Your Impact
In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of quality assurance and control—from raw material intake to finished product performance.
You’ll lead a dedicated quality team, influence product development, and be a key driver of operational improvement.
What You’ll Do
✔ Quality Leadership
· Design, implement, and optimize quality control processes across production and lab operations
· Develop and enforce SOPs, quality tracking, and compliance systems
· Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve issues and improve processes
✔ Customer & Supplier Excellence
· Analyze and resolve customer complaints with data-driven solutions
· Evaluate and manage supplier quality performance to ensure raw material standards
· Build strategies that enhance product consistency and customer satisfaction
✔ Product Innovation Support
· Oversee quality testing for new formulations and product trials alongside R&D and production
· Conduct lab testing to ensure new products meet internal and external expectations
· Provide technical input throughout the product development cycle
✔ Team Development & Continuous Improvement
· Lead and mentor two Quality Lab Technicians
· Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to boost efficiency and reduce waste
· Stay informed on regulatory updates, ISO standards, and industry certifications
What You Bring
· 10+ years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment (tapes, adhesives, or films is required)
· Strong background in ISO standards, SPC, and Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
· Hands-on experience with lab testing, product development, and quality systems implementation
· Proven ability to lead teams and manage vendor/customer relationships
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
· Travel – 10%
