Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Process Modeler / Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives within our Innovation and Technology team. This role is instrumental in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes across departments, with a strong emphasis on improving operational efficiency, enabling digital transformation, and supporting the implementation of new technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows for current and future-state process modeling.
- Design and maintain clear, actionable process maps and documentation using tools such as BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or improvement across business functions including sales, design, construction, and operations.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring alignment between functional needs and technical solutions.
- Support project lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, use case development, testing support, and change management.
- Monitor and measure implemented process improvements to ensure effectiveness and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Contribute to the roadmap of innovation initiatives by providing business insights, feasibility analyses, and user-centric design thinking.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in process modeling, business analysis, or related roles; prior experience in real estate, construction, or homebuilding sectors a plus.
- Strong knowledge of process modeling standards and techniques (e.g., BPMN).
- Experience working with digital transformation, ERP, CRM, or workflow automation tools preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business terms and vice versa.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, BPM, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
