Who We Are Looking For
The TechOps team seeks leaders to maintain, improve, and document our next-generation large-scale Cloud offerings. A passion for technology, eagerness to learn, and teamwork are essential.
What You Will Do
- Test features in SplunkCloud.
- Develop and update documentation on configuration and infrastructure changes.
- Execute configuration and infrastructure changes in customer cloud environments.
- Lead troubleshooting for customer incidents on SplunkCloud.
- Develop and update automation tools.
Qualifications
- Operational experience at scale, including Linux and networking.
- Experience with cloud technologies, especially AWS.
- Previous roles such as systems admin, network engineer, or DevOps engineer.
- Passion for work and responsibility.
- Experience in incident management.
- Interest in distributed systems and scaling solutions.
Requirements
- Achieve SplunkCloud Architect Certification within 2 years.
- 2-3 years Linux experience.
- Basic to intermediate programming skills in Python or Go.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and on-call.
- Eligibility to support FedRAMP High environments (US only).
Preferred Skills
- Splunk administration.
- Experience with Puppet, Jenkins, GCP, AWS, PowerShell, or Microsoft Azure.
