Who We Are Looking For

The TechOps team seeks leaders to maintain, improve, and document our next-generation large-scale Cloud offerings. A passion for technology, eagerness to learn, and teamwork are essential.

What You Will Do

  • Test features in SplunkCloud.
  • Develop and update documentation on configuration and infrastructure changes.
  • Execute configuration and infrastructure changes in customer cloud environments.
  • Lead troubleshooting for customer incidents on SplunkCloud.
  • Develop and update automation tools.

Qualifications

  • Operational experience at scale, including Linux and networking.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, especially AWS.
  • Previous roles such as systems admin, network engineer, or DevOps engineer.
  • Passion for work and responsibility.
  • Experience in incident management.
  • Interest in distributed systems and scaling solutions.

Requirements

  • Achieve SplunkCloud Architect Certification within 2 years.
  • 2-3 years Linux experience.
  • Basic to intermediate programming skills in Python or Go.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and on-call.
  • Eligibility to support FedRAMP High environments (US only).

Preferred Skills

  • Splunk administration.
  • Experience with Puppet, Jenkins, GCP, AWS, PowerShell, or Microsoft Azure.
