After a season with Georgia Tech as the Yellow Jackets’ defensive coordinator, Gideon will return to the Longhorns coaching staff as the defensive pass game coordinator and secondary coach. Gideon was on Sarkisian’s staff from 2021-24 as the safeties coach and associate head coach, and Sarkisian couldn’t be happier to have Gideon back on the 40 Acres.
