The owners of Clayton’s Hunting, Fishing & Indoor Range in Montgomery County took to social media to share an update after a fire left behind massive damage on Monday.
According to the store’s Facebook page, the fire started in the big range before spreading into the small range around 2:45 p.m. on Jan. 5 on the 600 block of Easton Road.
Both ranges sustained extensive damage, but everyone was able to get out safely, the store said.
The store itself was not damaged by the fire itself, but there is smoke and water damage.
It is still not known what caused the fire.
The store and the gun range remain closed.
