Police demand answers after dog thrown from moving car in Bucks County

An investigation is underway after a dog was thrown from a moving car and left behind in Bucks County, according to the Tullytown Police Department.

The incident happened along Old Bristol Pike and police are calling it an act of animal cruelty that is criminal.

In a picture shared by police on Facebook, the white dog appears to have their left ear clipped.

Police say that they plan to pursue charges against whoever is found responsible.
