Suspects threw fireworks at driver, shot at car in northwest Miami-Dade: Sheriff

Authorities are investigating a violent attack allegedly involving fireworks and gunfire that happened in northwest Miami-Dade Wednesday morning.

According to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, suspects in a car threw fireworks at a driver then shot at the victim’s car when the victim followed them.

The subjects then bailed out and left the vehicle behind near the 2000 block of Northwest 64th Street in the Gladeview neighborhood, officials said.

The victim was unharmed. No arrests have been made at this time, police said.
