New images released of Queens store shooting suspect

The New York Police Department released two new photos Sunday as they search for a man wanted in a double shooting at a Jamaica, Queens, store on Saturday.

Investigators say the customer got into a dispute with two employees, a security guard and another worker at the Great Savings at 148-18 Jamaica Ave.

Police believe the man left after the argument, but returned and opened fire, critically wounding a 34-year-old man in the chest and hitting a 55-year-old man in the left leg. Authorities say the suspect then took off north on 149th Street.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
