AUSTIN (KXAN) — A historic building that once was a post office in downtown Austin will soon be transformed to an elevated dining and entertainment venue by Sam Fox and Justin Timberlake.
On Oct. 30. The Austin Business Journal reported that the restaurant and bar, The Twelve Thirty Club, will move into the building at 210 W. Sixth Street. Fox, behind Author & Edit Hospitality, partnered with music entertainer Timberlake to open a second location of The Twelve Thirty Club. The first location opened on Upper Broadway in Nashville in 2021.
The 35,000 square-foot project will bring a $30 million buildout space, according to a press release. It will be bigger than Nashville’s flagship restaurant by 10,000 square-feet.

AvroKO, the lead designer behind Nashville’s location, will also lead Austin’s project.
“After what we created in Nashville, I’m thrilled to be bringing The Twelve Thirty Club to Austin,” said Timberlake. “This city truly gets live music, and getting to restore the soul of the iconic building while working with Sam again is incredible.”
Experiencing the space
The Twelve Thirty Club Austin will transform the 110-year-old building into a four-story destination.
Here’s a look into the four level club, per the release.
The main level, The Supper Club, will serve as an all-day dining experience. Down a hidden staircase will be a Speakeasy.
The upper deck will offer an exclusive experience; the second level will be an Honorary Member private club. Above the Honorary Member will be a private event space that hosts up to 80 guests for bespoke dinners, cocktail receptions and celebrations.
The Twelve Thirty Club Austin is slated to open late 2027, with construction set to begin early 2026.
