A person trapped under a Metro train Sunday was hospitalized after a rescue in West Los Angeles.
Details about how the person became trapped under the Expo Line train in the 2600 block of South Westwood Boulevard were not immediately available. The person was believed to be in critical condition, according to the fire department.
Train service through the area was shut down for the rescue operation.
