DELMAR, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Bethlehem Police arrested a Delmar man on Thursday amid a sex crime investigation. Michael Landsman, 47, is facing several charges.
Landsman was taken into custody for allegedly engaging a minor in sexual activity. He was charged with second-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, second-degree sexual abuse, and endangering the welfare of a child.
The Delmar man was arraigned before Judge Erin Lynch in the Town of Bethlehem Justice Court. He was then held without bail at the Albany County Jail ahead of further proceedings scheduled for October 28.
The investigation remains ongoing. Anyone who believes their child may have been a victim of Landsman is asked to contact Bethlehem Police by calling (518)439-9973.
