1973Bills 31, Colts 13 — O.J. Simpson rushed for 166 yards and two touchdowns, his fifth consecutive game going over 100 yards, and the Bills improved to 4-1 with their third home win in a row. Buffalo’s defense allowed only 203 yards with four takeaways, including interceptions by Dwigh Harrison and Ernie Kellermann. Joe Ferguson threw for only 57 yards with a touchdown pass to Larry Watkins, and the Bills rookie quarterback also rushed for 37 yards and a score.
