A new study out today finds nearly everyone has at least one risk factor before a heart attack, stroke or heart failure.
Northwestern researchers studied more than 9 million adults in South Korea and nearly 7,000 people in the U.S. for more than a decade.

Lead author of the study, Dr. Philip Greenland is a professor of cardiology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.
