ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A Saratoga County woman has been charged after allegedly stealing more than $54,000 from her former employer, according to the Albany County Sheriff’s Office. Jacqueline Disalvatore, 60, faces several felony charges.
Disalvatore was previously employed as the full-charge bookkeeper at Competitive Advantage Group, authorities said. From 2020 through 2024, she allegedly stole $54,956.45 through unauthorized corporate credit card purchases and HVAC work performed at several residential properties.
The 60-year-old had also reportedly hid evidence of the expenditures and transactions documenting her personal spending. She was arrested on Friday and charged with second-degree grand larceny, first-degree falsifying business records and second-degree scheme to defraud before being released on her own recognizance.
