SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — The San Diego City Council is likely going to begin charging for parking at Balboa Park.
This comes despite pushback from museums, volunteers and the general public. It would be the first time in history the city has charged for parking at the park.
There is also a possibility of raising the minimum wage for hospitality workers to $25 an hour.
