TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Martinez Gallery in Troy is home to contemporary artwork from Latino artists. Laudelina Martinez opened the gallery in 2001.
Her latest exhibit, Romance Latino/a, showcases paintings, collages, photographs, and other mediums created by Hispanic artists in New York. Created to coincide with Hispanic Heritage Month, the exhibition showcases the “wide range of themes and mediums explored by contemporary Hispanic artists and their contribution to American art.”
The exhibition is free to view on Saturdays, 12:30- 4:30 p.m., during Troy Night Out (Sept 26), and by appointment. All artwork is available for purchase.
