ST. LOUIS – Construction crews broke ground Thursday on a 30-story luxury residential tower called “Albion West End” in St. Louis’ Central West End neighborhood.
The new high-rise development, located near Forest Park in the 4900 block of Lindell Boulevard, will feature 305 upscale apartments, along with ground-floor retail space.
Plans also include a rooftop terrace and pool. Completion is expected in 2027.
The Albion West End is strategically positioned near the historic Chase Park Plaza. Developers say it’s an opportunity to blend modern design with the neighborhood’s historic character.
“We have the park working in our favor behind us. I think the views will be absolutely exceptional,” said Elizabeth Zucker from Clayco.
