As a Document Specialist, you will: Manage, organize, and file electronic and hardcopy training, calibration, and operating documents for Quality. Assist with control revisions of documents including identification, assigning numbers, maintaining logs, releasing, distributing, and recovering inactivated versions. Attention to detail for following procedures promptly. This is a full-time Seasonal Only Shift: 6am- 2:30 pm Ideal candidate will be: Must be detail-oriented and able to work under minimal supervision and guidance. Strong computer skills in MS Suite Ability to physically retrieve file folders. Excellent communication and organizational skills Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Must be computer literate. Must be able to read and write in English.
