The Role:
The Seasonal Operations Support Specialist is experienced with Minted products, services, and internal processes related to the customer experience. They support day-to-day customer issues related to technical problems. They serve as a liaison between Customer Service, Product Management, Engineering, and more. Utilizing this unique position, they work cross-functionally to track trends, identify ongoing issues to facilitate root cause solutions, guide the Customer Service team in resolving complex problems, and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience—reports to the Associate Manager, Operations Support.
You Will:
- Respond to technical & financial tasks filed by the CS team
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Merchandising, Rendering & Data teams to resolve customer issues and guide Customer Service Representatives
- Work in Minted’s internal OMS, various back office systems, and Salesforce, to identify trending issues or ongoing problems causing customer pain and escalate to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Assist with finding root cause solutions to ongoing customer issues, where possible and in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Participate in the development of new processes that improve customer experiences and/or team workflow
You Are:
- Familiar with Minted products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Someone who leads by example, enthusiastically encouraging team members to follow Minted’s best practices and departmental policies
- Able to take direction and quickly learn new procedures, processes, and products
- Open to feedback, believing in a culture of continuous improvement as you work toward individual and departmental goals
- Comfortable using technology; ideally familiar and experienced with eCommerce
- Able to reliably meet a required flexible/variable hour work schedule based on business needs, and adhere to the company attendance policy
You Have:
- 2+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment, ideally with experience handling technical issues
- Strong technical aptitude
- Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
- Great attention to detail
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Experience with Minted back office systems and tools is also a plus
Compensation:
The compensation range for the role applies to employment offers from Minted. Our employment offers fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range to allow for continued salary growth during your employment at Minted. The upper half of the range accommodates this growth and supports our intention to create an environment that encourages lasting relationships between Minted and our employees.
Geo Base Salary Range 2 – Includes CO, IL, NJ, OR, TX, VA, WA – $19.19/hr
Geo Base Salary Range 3 – Includes AR, AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NV, OK, TN, UT, WI – $17.61/hr
