About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the operational functions of its Pharmacy Benefit Administration (PBA) business. The COO will be responsible for ensuring the seamless, efficient, and compliant delivery of services, with a focus on driving operational excellence, scaling operations, and optimizing workflows to support growth and innovation. This executive role requires a leader who can align operations with the company’s strategy and ensure outstanding performance for clients, members, and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include strategy execution, process optimization, regulatory and compliance oversight, client and member experience, technology integration, team leadership, and financial stewardship.

The ideal candidate for the COO position at the company will have a Bachelors degree in business, healthcare administration, or pharmacy, with a preference for advanced degrees. A minimum of 15 years’ of senior leadership experience in PBM, managed care, healthcare payer, or related healthcare operations is required, along with a deep understanding of PBA services and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale transformation initiatives, fostering operational excellence, and innovation, and will be results-oriented with strong financial acumen. Team leadership and development skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to make a meaningful impact.
