About Us:
Join a team devoted to making a meaningful impact on children’s lives. We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, providing customized support to children on the autism spectrum and those with developmental disabilities.
As a BCBA, you’ll have the opportunity to design effective interventions, mentor staff, and collaborate with families to foster positive outcomes.
The Role:
We’re seeking a skilled BCBA to oversee treatment plans, guide behavior technicians, and work closely with families to ensure client progress. Your expertise will play a key role in achieving measurable behavioral improvements.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Conduct FBAs and design evidence-based BIPs.
• Supervise and mentor technicians to deliver high-quality services.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Partner with caregivers to align therapy goals with family needs.
• Ensure thorough documentation of services and outcomes.
Qualifications:
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA or a related discipline.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
Pay Rate: $100/hr.
