We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Voorhees, New Jersey. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing employee onboarding processes and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new employees have a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Coordinate and conduct orientations, introducing employees to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage I-9 compliance and ensure all documentation aligns with federal regulations.
  • Perform background checks and review results to maintain a secure and compliant workforce.
  • Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including maintaining employee records and updating systems.
  • Assist in organizing and delivering new employee training sessions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all HR-related documentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related needs and provide solutions.
  • Monitor and improve onboarding processes to enhance employee satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in human resources administration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and orientation practices for new employees.
  • Familiarity with I-9 compliance and federal employment regulations.
  • Experience conducting background checks and handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.

Job Purpose

The HR Coordinator is primarily responsible for the effective delivery and support of all employee and talent-related operational activities across the organization, by providing exceptional customer service to internal clients (managers and employees) and candidates. The HR Coordinator utilizes the HRIS to manage tasks and provide administrative assistance to the HR Team.

Principal Accountabilities


The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position may vary.

  • Support the processing of HR documents, i.e., interview materials, and update training records. Process, track and maintain all new-hire and on-boarding requirements, including physicals, background checks, I-9 employment eligibility and paperwork.
  • Conduct new Employee Orientation.
  • Maintain all government and internal required logs and reports; i.e., EEO, AAP, New Hire and Termination logs.
  • Maintain employee database in Headcount Requisitions to produce monthly headcount reports for Stonhard. In addition, assists in auditing all Global headcount reports for the RPM PCG with the HR Director.
  • Create and maintain Global Organization Charts.
  • Support the HR department to deliver employee engagement actions.
  • Ensure accurate data is maintained within all HR information systems by regular audits and cross checks against trackers.
  • Maintain employee information ERP system.
  • Function as a liaison between vendors and employees and advises employees on eligibility, coverage and other benefits matters, including monthly insurance reports and audits.
  • Coordinate annual Open Enrollment.
  • Maintain and assist with all employee compliance trainings and Oracle records management.
  • Champion the Employee Self Service (ESS) through Oracle managing the information entry process and ensuring that all new employees are enrolled in the system.
  • Coordinate all Cooperative Education and Intern candidates.
  • Manage the Employee Service Award Program.
  • Analyze processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Committed to the Company’s safety and quality programs.

Experience |Education | Certifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration preferred.
  • Two years prior experience in human resources, preferred.
  • PHR or SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHMR-SCP, preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, oral and written, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on soft skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office 365.
  • Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and trust.
  • Ability to take initiative in completing assigned work and projects.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in the Healthcare industry.
