67-year-old dead after crash involving propane truck in Genesee County

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A 67-year-old man is dead after a two vehicle collision involving a propane delivery truck occurred in the Town of Pavilion, according to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office.

Officials said Larry Singer, 67, of Leicester, N.Y. in Livingston County was driving southbound on South Street Road in the area of Route 20. He allegedly failed to yield the right of way to a propane delivery truck traveling westbound.

Singer’s vehicle was struck and hit a utility pole while the propane truck overturned onto its side. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The collision remains under investigation.
